There are two common problems with bearings: the bearing is noisy, and the temperature of the bearing device is too high. The bearing has a slight operating noise during operation. If the noise is too loud or there is abnormal noise or impact, it indicates that the bearing is faulty. The cause of bearing noise is more complicated. One is the surface wear of the inner and outer rings of the bearing. Because of this wear, the cooperation between the bearing and the housing, the bearing and the shaft is destroyed, causing the axis to deviate from the correct orientation, and abnormal noise occurs when the shaft is moving at high speed. When the bearing is tired, the metal on its surface will fall off, which will also increase the radial clearance of the bearing and cause abnormal noise. In addition, the lack of bearing smoothness, the formation of dry conflicts, and the broken bearings will cause abnormal movements. After the bearing is worn and loosened, the cage will become loose and damaged, and abnormal noise will also occur.

Bearing temperature is too high. When organizing work, the part of the bearing of the device should have a certain temperature. When touching the tissue shell with your hand, it should be normal to not feel troublesome, otherwise it indicates that the bearing temperature is too high. Reasons for excessive bearing temperature: the quality of the smooth oil does not meet the requirements or changes, the viscosity of the smooth oil is too high, the organization device is too tight, the bearing device is too tight, the bearing race is shifted on the shaft or in the shell, the load is too large, and the bearing cage Or the tumbling body is broken and so on.

Disassemble and check the bearing damage, you can judge the bearing problem and the cause of the damage according to the damage condition of the bearing. The raceway and the rolling body of the bearing bearing the burn are tempered. The causes of burns are usually lack of lubrication, lubricating oil quality that does not meet the requirements or deterioration, and the bearing device is too tight. Cracks in the bearing races The causes of cracks in the bearing races can be that the bearing is too tight, the outer ring or inner ring of the bearing is loose, the housing of the bearing is deformed, and the outer surface of the device is poorly processed

The reason for the broken cage is lack of smoothness, broken roll body, tilted seat ring and so on. Severe wear of the raceway of the seat ring can be caused by foreign matter falling into the seat ring, lack of lubricating oil or unsuitable lubricating oil trademark. The raceway and the roller touch surface of the plastic deformation bearing show uneven pits, which indicates that the bearing is plastically deformed. The reason is that part of the stress on the surface of the bearing exceeds the yield limit of the material under the effect of a large static load or impact load. This situation usually occurs on the bearing that rotates at a low speed.
