The cross rollers are arranged perpendicular to each other with spacers between the inner ring and the outer ring on the V-groove rolling surface where the cylindrical rollers are at right angles. This design allows the cross rollers to simultaneously bear loads from all directions, such as radial, axial, moment load, and momentum load. Because the rollers are in linear contact with the track surface, the possibility of elastic deformation of the NSK bearing under load is very small. Crossed roller bearings are widely used in industrial automatic robots, working robots and medical equipment, etc., where high rigidity, tightness and high-speed operation are still required to ensure accuracy, the crossed rollers can meet the conditions.

Crossed roller bearings mainly include: integral type, outer ring separated type, inner ring separated type. For anti-fouling and anti-leakage needs, sealing rings can be installed on both sides of the bearing.

Type RB: The size of the inner and outer rings of the RB type has been greatly reduced in size. Its structure is divided into two outer rings, and the inner ring is a one-piece design. It is suitable for occasions requiring high inner ring rotation accuracy.
